ViewSonic Unveils XG2536, a 280Hz IPS Monitor for Competitive Gamers

ViewSonic recently introduced a new monitor designed for FPS gamers and fast-paced action in international markets – the XG2536. With a 24-inch screen size, this display features an impressive refresh rate of 280Hz and a 1080p resolution, ensuring a seamless visual experience for competitive gaming. Although the exact launch date has not been disclosed, the monitor is (approximately RMB 2,104).

The monitor is equipped with two 2W speakers to meet basic audio requirements.

The XG2536 is equipped with a 1920 x 1080 resolution IPS panel that boasts a 280Hz refresh rate, providing gamers with a smooth and lag-free gaming experience. With a brightness of 300 nits, a static contrast ratio of 1000:1, and a response time of 5ms, this monitor ensures high-quality visuals. Moreover, it offers excellent color accuracy with an 8-bit color depth and wide coverage of 99% sRGB and 98% NTSC color gamuts.

The stand offers a diverse array of adjustments for ergonomics, encompassing tilt, rotation, horizontal and vertical movement, as well as pitch. Additionally, the monitor is furnished with two 2W speakers to cater to basic audio requirements, and a backlit ambient light to add a touch of ambiance. In terms of connectivity, it provides two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4, a USB-C 3.2 port with 65W Power Delivery for laptop charging, and a standard 3.5mm headphone jack.
