• Item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery (applicable for non-COD orders).
• Item does not match original website specifications or differs from your order.

To raise a dispute, please notify us within 3 to 4 days of delivery.

Important: For damaged items, providing a continuous unboxing video as evidence is essential. Email the video to [email protected] within 14 days.

If a product received does not match the description on our website, you have 7 working days from the delivery date to claim an exchange or cancellation. To qualify, products must be undamaged, unopened, in original retail condition with all packaging materials and accessories intact.

When an order is canceled and refund approved, funds are processed within 3 to 4 working days via the original payment channel.
