    • To claim a warranty issue, fill out the Return/Warranty Claim Form available on our website.
    • Defective or faulty products under warranty are sent to the distributor/vendor for repair, refund, or replacement based on their warranty policies.
    • Warranty claims will be rejected if the product has been physically damaged, incorrectly installed, or subjected to abuse.
    • Replacing faulty equipment is done after the official service agent confirms the warranty issue. The warranty process usually takes up to 20 working days to complete.
    • Warranty eligibility is applicable only to products with warranty information mentioned on the product page. Products without warranty information are not covered.

    You can exchange any product purchased from ZahComputers.pk within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

    Hollow Interior Design

    The Skyloong O-ring gasket has been enhanced from the traditional O-ring gasket design. It features a silicone sandwich pad with a hollow interior, providing extra space for the inner tank to compress. This results in a softer, springier typing experience with reduced noise and increased stability.

    Silicone O- Ring

    A silicone ring is inserted between the positioning plate and the screw to serve as a buffer. This not only prevents direct contact between the two components, reducing the risk of damage but also eliminates the metal sound caused by hard contact.

    Switch Pad

    The switch pads are strategically placed around the switch to serve as a buffer. This not only prevents direct contact between the switches and the PCB but also absorbs the vibration and impact of each keystroke, providing a smoother typing experience.

    The SKYLOONG GK61 is inspired by the open-source mechanical keyboard PCB project “GH60”.
    Since the GK61 was launched, it has remained largely unchanged.
    Now, SKYLOONG will upgrade GK61 by adding split spacebar and hot-swappable knobs, giving GK61 enthusiasts more diverse and personalized options. Moreover, in line with the SKYLOONG mission of “From the community, for the community”, SKYLOONG will share the detailed engineering files of the hot-swappable knobs on Github for your reference.
